Greatest headphonesThis is are the best pair of headphones I ve purchased, period. The quality is amazing, just under half the volume equals to the top volume of a pair of iPhone headphones. Very lightweight too. They come with a nice little round carry case that can hold the headset, charging cable, and back up ear pieces. In addition to the traditional rubber ear pieces, these come with a thick foam rubber pair that I believe are sweatproof. Personally, I find those a little too big and uncomfortable, but maybe I have small ears! These are great headphones at a great price. Highly recommend 5My Honest ReviewI purchased three wireless headsets on the dame day, July 11, 2017. That was after spending about 10 hours researching headsets. I purchased this one, the Phaiser BHS-760's, and the Jaybird X3's. I haven't received the Phaiser BHS model yet so I can't say anything about it. But for the Bluephonics and the Jaybirds I can make some comparisons. I have no vested interest in any of these products. I'm the average consumer trying to get the most bang for my buck. That's probably you too.First, I'm running a custom Android ROM Lollipop v 5.11 Resurrection Remix on a rooted Galaxy Note 3.BLUETOOTH SETUP:The Bluephonics connected on the very first try. There was no delay what-so-ever. That made me smile.The Jaybird X3 had trouble connecting to the bluetooth. It took me 3 tries to connect but finally it did. I displayed a suttle frown.BUILD AND QUALITY:Both sets are equal as far as durability but I've only had them operational for 2 days so time will tell. I'm planning a 100 mile bicycle trip in November so that will be a better test in terms of which ones hold up better. I'll be running down the west coast of FL down to the keys so I'm sure the sweat and the rains I experience will be an adequate test.Both headsets are sturdy and are simple in design. As far as comfort they are also equal. The Jaybirds took a lot of trial and error to find the most comfortable ear piece and to get the fins to fit in my ear correctly. I messed around for a few hours just to get this right. The Bluephonics, on the other hand were real simple. After I figured out what piece went in what ear, it was as simple as putting them in my ear, pressing lightly and boom, they were set perfectly. I haven't used the foam buds with the Bluephonics but I will. I think they'll be more comfortable.The Jaybird comes with a little pouch to store your extra ear buds and ear fins. But there's not enough room for the headset. They should have made it at least 2" bigger. The Bluephonic has a sturdy case that also accommodates the extra ear buds AND the headset. They win here.SOUND QUALITY:Here is where I was surprised. Both units have what I consider good sound without spending hundreds of dallars. I don't consider one better than the other. They are different. What do I mean? The Bluephonics have a wider sound stage and a crisper sound. They tend to distort at extremely high volume.The Jaybirds have a much warmer sound with the sound fully being separated over all frequencies. Regardless of which one you like it's a personal preference. Tones seemed to be true to the original sound production of the music I played. The bass had more punch with the Bluephonics but not overpowering. The mids and highs were exceptionally crisp without tinniness. I played both m4a and mp3 music at 320 Kbs and I also listened to a few high quality FLACs. I have PowerAmp installed which has an excellent frequency equalizer and with the Bluephonics I didn't have to make one single adjustment. I kept a flat response curve. With the Jaybirds I made some adjustments to get the music to my liking. I installed but didn't use the MySound app that came with the Jaybird as PowerAmp has an excellent frequency equalizer as well as volume, tone adjustment and what they call SteroX.These units obviously have different drivers in them. The fidelity was high in both units. Listening to sound is like looking at art. Some will like one painting over another. The key point being that both units sound superb. It's a mater of your liking. I wouldn't hesitate on using either of these units as my daily headset. That is, as long as the call quality and microphone is good.PHONE CALL QUALITYCan't comment on this yet as I haven't received any calls! But this was an important reason for purchasing the 3 different headsets. I'm on calls most every day with my business so the call quality is critical. If they're equal in this respect you won't see me update my opinion. But if there IS a difference I'll update my review.CHARGING THE HEADSETThe Bluephonic comes with a micro SD port and a short dongle. You're warned not to use an electrical outlet to charge but I don't think it will make any difference as long as you have a charger that doesn't have too high amperage. I haven't found that number yet but I used a charger that delivers .75 amps. I'll find out the magic number as I don't want to degrade the battery life and from the other reviews I read this is what happens if you use too much current. I fully charged my unit until the light turned a warm blue. It took about an hour.The Jaybirds have their own proprietary charger "clip". It works fine but it's a pain in the arse. The dongle is only 4 inches of there abouts so that's a flunk. They could have made it 3' for ease of use. If I lose the charging clip it I can't charge my headset. So that's a BIG negative in my opinion. They could have just as easily made a standard micro charging port on one of the ear pieces. If you've only got one headset then you're screwed until you purchase a replacement. If they would have provided 2 or 3 additional clips as replacements with the original purchase I would have been much happier. I found the replacement on Jaybird's web site but didn't order it. It's not that expensive. So the Bluephonic wins for this fact.Both headsets are supposed to get about 8 hours on a full charge. I like loud music so I probably won't get the full number of hours but if I can get through a full day that's all I care. I put my headset on at the beginning of the day and it stays in my ears most of the day. I can't comment on battery life as I'm still running the headsets until the batteries expire.CONNECTIVITY AND DROPPED CONNECTIONSThe Jaybirds won here. I was able to go through 2 walls in my apartment without losing connection. The Bluephonic had trouble with the same distance going through the same 2 walls. Not a big deal for me as I usually have my phone sitting next to me while I work.So, the Bluephonic has my high approval. I hope it lasts forever as I know I'll use it. It's quite a bit cheaper than the Jaybird X3 and the build quality is just as good in my opinion.I'll still keep the Jaybird as I consider it to be excellent. I still have one more headset to try. If there are any catastrophes such as losing sound, broken wires, or if one goes on the bleep I'll edit my review.5Wow that bass!These are the best sport earbuds I have owned. The buttons are easy to use and located perfectly. They don't move while running and the sound quality is great. Battery life is very long, many hours.5Easy to connect and mic quality is goodBattery life is still to be determined. Sound isolation tips are poor as taking them off and changing to another they appeared to have gotten damaged.Update: when a company is determined to provide customer satisfaction it makes a huge difference in choosing your product. After my previous review (deepbass x) the company sent me a brand new pair of headphones and also their updated newer model.(zone 2)The deepbass x worked excellent as I've been using them for approximately 1month, as with all speakers, after the "break in" period the sound quality improved.These are sport headphones so they are meant to be worn for approx 1hour without discomfort. I find myself watching movies and YouTube videos with these also without any discomfort at all.For the price, quality and most importantly, customer service I've received after purchasing this product, I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a great pair of headphones for workouts or casual listening of any media.5Best headphones I bought hands down.I bought a couple of headphones recently, this is by far the best headphone I bought. Awesome buy! low price for this high quality-highly recommended !5What the Others Don't Wan't you to know!I have to say that the expression " You get what you pay for " does NOT apply to these headphones. I received them a few days ago along with Powerbeats 3 that I also ordered. I charged them both up fully then paired them to my Sony Xperia Z5 premium. I tried the Powerbeats 3 first and all I could think of is Marketing this good now a days where products that have zero quality can still be bossted as being the best. I was Very disapointed. The sound was tinny, with No warmth at all. It was like the old transistor radios I grew up with in the 1970's. I put the Bluephonic's on right after and was expecting to get something similar, although I read the numerous reviews and positive comments and scores from Amazon. I had left the volume near full from the PB's 3 on my phone setting. All I can say is WOW..Loud so I lowered them to 50% and I was Amazed!!The sound was what you think you're going to get from most headphones. Rich, clear, excellent balance of Bass, mids and high's, perfect resonance. Every song and video was perfect for me. Honestly I can tell you, I took 4 years off of hard-core gym training due to health problems but I'm better and ready to tackle the intensity of powerlifting and bodybuilding once again. I was searching for a pair that would isolate me from the talking, chatter and plate clanging, as I have developed a high sensitivity for Noise ( multiple stimuli occurring simultaneously that my mind cannot tolerate) so of course I was searching for as much isolation as possible. I tried Plantronics Back Beat Fit, Jaybirds 3 , Powerbeats 3 and finally the Bluephonic's. The Jaybird 3's are very good and come close ; the only problem is they don't feel like they're in far enough and fall out occasionally. The Plantronics are good too but cannot get deep enough for any isolation and the overall quality leaves a lot to be desired. The PB's are a joke, paying for a name which I have no clue as to how they could last or please the masses. complete Garbage ! for lack of a better word. I tested all of them for range and they were equal in open and closed settings, with the PB's getting 15 feet more in an open setting. However back to my residence which has a few concrete walls and they were all equal. They all skipped, stuttered and cut out within 25 feet going straight down my hallway and then a right turn into my computer office which divides with a drywall wall. All headphones save the bluephonic's failed with a mere distance of 20 feet through 2 concrete walls. My BOSE soundlink over the ear headphones really shine here as they get 80-85 feet and get me 50 feet going through the same walls. I seen several in ear wireless headphones on Amazon that were between $30-50 dollars and most had 4-5 stars and excellent reviews. I thought this was a sellers ploy and how could they be purchased more and have better quality then the other names which are known to be claimed as " the leaders in sound technology" It's true however and this time the reviews were there for a true and legitimate reason!The Bluephonic's are very comfortable, light, fit perfect and do NOT come off. they are easy to pair, the volume and call controls work great.The microphone commands and my sound to others are perfect. they come with a great variety of ear accessories and a durable case. I just hope they will last more than a few months and I will be more than happy to update my review down the road!5end the search here--buy them!These arrived yesterday, bought them based on the price and reviews. They seemed like a good value and worth a try. No bluetooth headphone o have purchased--at far higher prices-- have Not worked for me. Apparently my ears are too small or something but they always eithet hurt almost instantly, or kept falling out. I wear sunglasses exercising outside and that's been a problem UNTIL THESE! Still comfortable and still in my ears for 2 hours now, even sweating for an hour in 100 degree/humid climate. And beyond that--the sound is the better than expected, far better than the wired ones I've been using, I dare say same quality as top of the line full headphones! For all the aforementioned reasons this product Is worthy of a 5 rating.5
