Pleased! Initially was disappointed that light seemed to flicker on any setting that wasn t the highest or lowest, but a fellow shopper s recommendation to switch the USB adapter worked like a charm!Solid light - sturdy build, sleek design, overall great quality. Bought the first two back in 2016 and use them as night lights and because of the flexibility and the ability to change from cool white to normal to warm, I wanted a couple more for my computer room. Love being able to clip them anywhere. Would definitely recommend this to family and friends!!! 5Good quality. Great light. Short cord. A bit big/long Very sturdy light. The flexible metal tube is quite stiff, but because of this, it holds the weight and position of the long lamp very well.I use this for a headboard light for my bed. The clamp is large and fairly strong in clamp force.USB powered. Cable is quite short. Works fine with a added 3 ft usb extension cable and provided usb power adapter..The buttons are about 5inches from the start of the cord coming out of the lamp clamp.Only the Power button on the bottom of the controller has a blue LED outline when the lamp is Off. No LED when lamp is On. None of the other buttons are lighted. ( i have seen pictures of seemingly identical models but different brand/distributor and they seem to have all the buttons light up..weird)It's quite bright on full brightness, and quite dim at lowest brightness. Perfect for bedside lamp so u can have it very bright when u need to see about the room, or very dim to late at night. I would prefer the brighter and dimmer buttons be next to each other and not have the color change button in between....I keep changing the color when i want to dim the light.The cool white color is excellent for reading colored things like comics, whites are white etc. The warm setting is easy on the eyes, especially at night. Dim it down on warm setting and is very nice for late night reading of a standard text based book. Or just to flick on when I need to get up in the middle of the night. Light i had before, would blind me.Quite pleased with this light. Whis they made a smaller version though, like half this size...this is a bit big/long and overkill for my application. 5Love this clamp-on light! Various levels & colors of lighting. I use it next to my chair in the living room to light the area around my lap desk paperwork. It works perfectly - much better than my tiny spotlight which gives me lots of shadows. No shadows on my desk or paperwork. The light bulb is 8-10 long or so & the neck is flexible. The clip clamps onto a table square rod about 1 high. 5Exactly what I wanted Exactly what I wanted, a long beam of light with adjustable brightness. With a USB extension cord, it runs behind things so no cord knotted on the desk. Clip is well padded, firmly grips and the arm holds position. No sag and full range of mobility. Adjustable settings keep away page glare but can also illuminate tiny pieces you might be working on. The control is a perfect distance away for my needs. Having had inexpensive "spotlight" type LEDs in the past, we knew we wanted something not so blindingly bright blue-white or, um, spotlight-like. This light bar is perfect for our needs. It spreads its light over a decent sized area. The clip is very sturdy. In fact, I need two hands to pry it open. The control switch has a blue backlight, so it's easy to find in the dark. Three different light colors and numerous brightness settings increase its versatility. The last setting used stays put when the light is turned off and on. It's USB cord is permanently affixed. We plug it into an AC adapter. 5 stars so far. 5Absolutely love this lamp!!! Consider when reading this review that I received this lamp only yesterday and will update if things change. I was initially a little concerned because it was smaller than what I thought it would be so I assumed it would not be very bright. I was extremely surprised and happy when I plugged it in to my computer just to test light level before I went through the trouble of setting it up. It was much much brighter than I expected it to be. The lamp is wonderful in every way. The clamp is extremely strong and I even mounted it upside down and sideways. Having the switch partway down the lamp cord made it possible to put the clip higher than my reach and still allow for turning the light on and off and adjusting the color.Usually there are a few things in an item that could be improved, but the only thing I could come close to saying on this one is for my specific purposes I would have liked the switch to be even a little further away from the clip itself but that is only because of the situation I have it in.This is a wonderful lamp that turned out to be much brighter than I expected and I would recommend it in every way. 5Very bright and durable LED lamp This lamp is terrific if you are looking for 1) brightness and 2) ability to clamp onto a surface like a table. It has three brightness levels. I will be using it next to my sewing machine, which sits on a folding table. I doubt I will use the lowest brightness levels, I will probably crank it to the max every time. I am having vision problems and I think this will take care of sufficient lighting for my sewing tasks. The arm is very sturdy yet flexible; I believe it will hold up to re-positioning, but not sag or lose its shape. The gooseneck is a decent length. The lamp area itself is low profile and can be positioned right over where you need it. The clamp is very strong but has cushioning foam so it won't damage your table. Be aware that, as it is shipped, it does not plug into a standard wall outlet. It has a USB plug, like you would use on a computer. But USB-to-power adapters are everywhere, you can easily buy one at a dollar store or an electronics store. 5
